Situated between Newbury and Hungerford, Kimber’s self-drive horsebox hire is a family run business that has been established since 2012. Our self-drive hire boxes are of a high specification, built by Bloomfields. All of our horseboxes offer similar internal configurations with secure partitions to separate the tack/grooms area for ultimate safety for travelling while keeping your tack and items clean. We also have one stallion box where horses are separated by means of a full height partition and head divider, and two full height grilled doors, eliminating the need for a breastbar.

Our horsebox hire prices include insurance and breakdown cover. All our 3.5 ton horseboxes are easy to drive and manage – the partitions move freely and the ramps can be easily lifted by one person so you don’t have to enlist any help if you want to travel alone.
